You can ask at any time which data we hold about you, or request that it be deleted. I verify your identity through a link sent to your email, and the rest is automatic.

View my data (access, GDPR Art. 15) You'll see a summary of every booking, voucher and newsletter entry tied to this email. Have my data deleted (anonymisation, GDPR Art. 17) Spanish tax law requires us to keep booking records for 10 years — those are anonymised (name + email replaced with a placeholder), not deleted. Newsletter entries are removed entirely.
